who am I?

I am a writer, educator, and photographer in North Carolina with a strong background in English and African-American Literature. I love turning scattered ideas into stories. With a soft spot for niche spaces, I help small businesses grow their audiences with simple, effective, and creative content strategies.

I am currently building my own business, Her Creative Company, to support brands in creating story-driven visuals and narratives. I have previously worked for/with Fruit of May, North Carolina A&T State University, Down Home North Carolina, and other hyper local community organizations in North Carolina.
